Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by SenzoStack, a subsidiary of Coach Sensai Inc. ("SenzoStack", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SenzoStack provides:

• Senzo — A read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration that connects to Jira, GitHub, and Slack to surface engineering delivery insights.
• Consulting Services — Engagements focused on engineering operating model redesign, including delivery system architecture, governance frameworks, and AI-augmented workflow integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Configuring and authorizing integrations between your tools (Jira, GitHub, Slack) and our services.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data provided to SenzoStack.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, access tokens, or sensitive information shared in connection with our services.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, frameworks, and outputs generated by SenzoStack in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of SenzoStack. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such outputs for internal business purposes only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our software or services.
• Engage in unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or automated access to our systems beyond the scope of authorized integrations.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at senzostack.com/privacy. All data processing and storage occurs within the United States.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. No Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SenzoStack does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SenzoStack and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
